Literature Text

Have you wondered what to use
When you're punished and accused ?
Have you seen the face of time
To know where does the envy shrine ?

I beg you to differ,
Don't let your mind grow stiffer
Try your luck and choose the wise,
For there is nothing I despise
More than fair and gentle eyes
Gone away and far from rise.

Have you wondered what to say
In the face of bad and nay ?
Anger and denial may come to mind
But I assure you, they're the one you have to fight!

Lighten up, oh ye, crying sun from the sky
Dear as an ember, lovely as I think of you
Pull the cracks and open them pry
Let yourself be proud of the truth!

For how noble truth it is,
To love and to be loved
This I think of you, dear miss,
I love you, dearly beloved!
A poem about the bad feeling of loving someone who loves you. The feeling is that of loving, but it is tainted by the thoughts of those who do not agree with that relationship.
